The Nordic Walking, the new discipline to discover the mountain in healthy and amusing way.
The purpose and that to combine the part "comfort" of the Nordic Walking to that ecological and cultural of our territory through itineraries studied for contemporarily satisfying all these demands.
Sporting tourism
Our walks are turned to whoever, to desire to spend outside some time, the duration can be of 2 hours, half day or whole day.

Suggestions to begin
To train in correct way and to get here are concrete results some suggestions:

  • to submit him to a course held from preliminary with certification it specifies for the Nordic Walking (International Nordic Fitness Organisation) (Association Italian Nordic Fitness)
  • to use a measurer of cardiac frequency with the purpose to appraise with more precision the training and the progress
  • to train for a period of 60/90 minutes a day at least three times a week
  • to preferably train in group, maintaining such a rhythm for which is possible to talk without worry to his/her own companions

The equipments
The practice of the Nordic Walking has the sure advantage to be economic to begin it doesn't serve a lot: light attire from jogging or hiking, jogging shoes, multisport or trail running, a couple of canes. In the first phase, these last ones will be rented near the special centers and, once convinced of the validity of the proposal, he will proceed to the purchase. Some suggestions:

  • to use proper shoes, comforting, with good established to the heel and excellent it persuades amortizing
  • to use specific batons for Nordic Walking, light, strong, preferably in element single carbon (not telescopic)
  • modular attire, to layers, with pants zip-off (with detachable leg), intimate in microfibra to drain the sweat, according to layer antivento, impermeable and transpiring.
